Customer Satisfaction The policies listed on this page are the guidelines set by Hamby Office Products. Customer Satisfaction is our #1 priority. We understand that special circumstances may apply to certain situations, and we would be happy to try to work with you through any such situations. Exchanges If you receive a damaged or defective item, then we will be happy to exchange it for you with the same item at no cost within 30 calendar days from the date of order, except for software, audio, games, technology, and furniture, which have 14 days. The customer will need to have exchange items packed appropriately so that UPS or a similar carrier can pick up the merchandise.
