Returns/Exchanges Policies


Customer Satisfaction
The policies listed on this page are the guidelines set by Hamby Office Products. Customer Satisfaction is our #1 priority. We understand that special circumstances may apply to certain situations, and we would be happy to try to work with you through any such situations.

Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective item, then we will be happy to exchange it for you with the same item at no cost within 30 calendar days from the date of order, except for software, audio, games, technology, and furniture, which have 14 days. The customer will need to have exchange items packed appropriately so that UPS or a similar carrier can pick up the merchandise. Please see the Special Orders section below regarding special order items.

Returns
If you would like to return office supplies you may do so within 30 calendar days from the date of order. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Food, drinks, software, audio, games, technology, and special orders may not be returned. Furniture may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of order and it must be disassembled. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt/packing slip, the original packaging, and all original contents in like new condition. Hamby Office Products will not disassemble furniture, nor will it pay for disassembly. All returned items will need to be shipped back to the warehouse by the customer. The customer is responsible for the act and costs of packing and shipping returns. For your convenience, we can contact a courier for you to arrange for them to arrive at your location to pick up the package(s). Please see the Special Orders section below regarding special order items.

Special Orders
Special Order items are non-returnable. They may be exchanged within 14 days for the same item.

Warranties
Some exchanges or returns that don't qualify under our return policy may qualify for service or repair under the appropriate manufacturer's warranty.

Shortages
If you do not receive an item that you ordered and paid for, then you must notify us of the shortage within 48 hours so that we may research your request and have the item sent to you. Unfortunately, we cannot honor shortages reported after 48 hours.
