Delivery Charges
Overall: Most orders of $50 or more will receive free delivery!
Details: There is no delivery charge on orders of $50 or more that are being delivered to an address within our local trading areas for items that we have available in stock. We may be able to special order items that are out of stock, and such special orders may be charged actual shipping costs. Orders that are delivered to addresses outside of our local trading areas and orders that are less than $50 will be charged for actual shipping costs. The $50 order value is determined by the subtotal of all in stock items, before tax and shipping costs, and after any coupons or price adjustments. Some special orders may incur handling charges. The majority of the 48 contiguous United States are in our local trading areas. Feel free to ask one of our friendly customer service representatives to check if an address is within our local trading areas.

Delivery Timeframe
Overall: Most orders placed by 2pm will arrive the next business day!
Details: For local trading areas: Orders completed Monday through Friday by 2:00 p.m., local time of the warehouse making the delivery, are shipped out the same day and usually arrive the next business day, when they are in stock. We may be able to special order items that are out of stock, and such special orders may take additional shipping time. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be shipped out the next business day, and usually arrive within one business day from when it was shipped. 

For out of area addresses: Orders are delivered via UPS or a similar carrier. Delivery timeframes may vary, and are usually 3 to 5 business days.

All areas: Orders are only shipped once the method of payment has been approved. For additional information on out of stock item timeframes, please see our Backorder Policies. Feel free to ask our well informed customer service representatives to check on the delivery timeframe for an item that you are interested in purchasing.
