Offer Combinations
Overall: Coupons and/or Offers may not be combined unless they
specifically say they can be.
Details: No percent off or dollar off
coupon may be used with another percent off or dollar offer coupon on the
same order. Coupons, offers, and specials may not be combined, except for
a coupon that specifically says that it may be used with another coupon,
offer, or special. Feel free to ask one of our friendly
customer service representatives if your coupons may be combined .
Coupon Redemption
Overall: Coupons must be mentioned when ordering.
Details: Please mention that you have a coupon when placing an
order to redeem it. When faxing an order, the coupon code should be
written in the appropriate field. When an order is placed over the phone,
the representative should be provided with the coupon code. If an order is
placed over the internet, then the coupon code should be mentioned in the
"additional notes" field. In the event that a customer forgets
to mention a coupon when ordering, then it may still be redeemed so long
as all coupon terms were met, the coupon was valid at the time of order
entry, and the order has not been reconciled in our payment systems. Once
a charge is posted to your account, it is too late to redeem the offer as
payment has already been accepted. The coupon may be applied to a future
order that meets the coupon terms, so long as the coupon is not expired at
the time of order entry. A coupon may only be redeemed by the person or
business that it was sent to. Coupons may only be used once, unless they
specifically state otherwise. Only original coupons are accepted.
Photocopies will not be honored. Feel free to ask our well informed customer service
representatives to check on the expiration date of your coupon.
First Order Coupons
Overall: Each person or business may only use one First Order
coupon.
Details: Special offers are made to attract new business. Once a
"First Order" coupon has been redeemed, then no other
"First Order" coupons may be redeemed by the same person,
business, or address. If a business has more than one location, then each
location may use one "First Order" coupon. "First
Order" coupons may not be combined with any other coupons.
"First Order" coupons may only be used on a business, address,
or person's first order. Feel free to ask our courteous customer service
representatives about your "First Order" coupon.
